Without saying too much or giving out information that I shouldn't, I have to express a little enthusiasm for a new bachelor I met in an upcoming Harvest Moon game. I never liked cowboys much, but this guy is VERY handsome... those who are attracted to Skye in Harvest Moon Cute DS could find this bachelor rather appealing as well.
Characters come to your farm for their first introduction and are announced as though a new chapter in a book is beginning. It is VERY attractive visually. In any case, this bachelor is the local Animal Trader. I haven't explored his personality. From the description of a man of few words, I expect he will not be as articulate and smooth-talking as Skye, but there is an air about him that makes me want to get to know him better...
After over a week with only one bachelor in my 'village' who reminds me very much of Rick, even to his relationship with his sister, I am excited by this new possibility.
It is a game for the DS by the way.

*chuckles* I do believe that the person you're talking about it Valts... *grins widely* The silver-haired cowboy? He's in an almost equal standing as Skye for me, though the thrill of courting Skye still remains even higher than the thrill of dating a cowboy. I'm still trying to get HMDS Cute - it hasn't come out in my closest gaming store! I'll need to wait another week before I can buy that game now... and another week means another period of separation from Skye! Really, I believe that I am completely immersed in the HM world - thanks to Skye, but hey, I like this sort of immersion too.
ReplyDeleteI think I can tell you his name actually is Vaughn without crossing any official lines here. Oh no, he cannot compare with Skye but then, no guy EVER could. (Watch them make another Harvest Moon game with some one like Skye but even more attractive... he probably would be a descendant of Skye in the hypothetical new game. I still find it rather amazing that the characters in HM DS and Cute are supposed to be the descendants of the original characters and yet they share the same names, the same appearance, the same history...)

Anon, this post is a year old. Since then, I did write a number of guides for IoH, but I still hope to expand them. I need to add the alternative heart event paths but you will find all necessary information to court any of the girls or bachelors (including Vaughn) in my Courtship and Marriage Guide as it stands.
